Enrollment Process
1. Visit our office location at 609 E. Haley St.
2. Fill and complete our enrollment application.
3. Provide ID, proof of income, and proof of address.
4. A client resource coordinator will review and verify that qualifications were met.
5. If your application and information was approved by the client resource coordinator you are set to to receive benefits.

PROGRAMS
Food Pantry
Our critical collaboration with the Santa Barbara County Foodbank enables us to effectively leverage both non and perishable food purchases. Additionally, we have several ties to local grocery stores who generously donate product. |

Medical Referrals
In collaboration with the St. Cecilia Society, small grants are often made if clients are unable to pay for dental and eyeglasses expenses. The Parish Nursing program is available for physical health evaluations. |
Rental & Utility Assistance
Federal EFSP and HPRP funds are allocated countywide to provide rental and utility financial assistance to income-qualifying clients, specifically to prevent eviction. |
Hygiene Kits
Clients can request a hygiene kit if needed. Supplies include: Comb, toothpaste, tooth brush, soap, shampoo etc. |
